Abstract:
Cílem předkládané diplomové práce je podat informace o aplikaci zákona č. 109/2002 Sb. ve školských zařízeních pro děti a mládež s nařízenou ústavní a uloženou ochrannou výchovou. O změnách, které aplikace v těchto zařízeních přinesla a případných připomínkách realizované aplikace a návrzích jednotlivých zařízeních.

The objective of the submitted diploma work is to provide infomation about the application of the Law no. 109/2002 Coll. in educational institutions for children and young persons with mandatory residential care and imposed protective care.
