Státní občanství ČR - historie a současnost

Abstract:
Absolventská práce je zaměřena na vymezení pojmu státního občanství a obeznámení se s historií a současností tohoto institutu. Větší polovina obsahu se věnuje převážně historii státního občanství podle jednotlivých časových období a zbylá část práce je zaměřena zejména na aktuální problematiku státního občanství.
Abstract:
The graduate thesis is focused on the definition of the term citizenship and on understanding of the history and present of this institute. More than one half of the content is devoted mostly to the history of the citizenship by time periods and the remaining part is focused on the current issues of the citizenship.
