Visual pathway as neural network
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá popisem a různým pojetím neuronu. V úvodní části se zaměřuji na anatomické struktury zrakové dráhy a přiblížení jejich patologií. Dále se zabývám popisem a vlastnostmi biologického neuron. Následně zjednodušeně přibližuji strukturu matematického neuronu včetně hledání a nalézání podobností mezi ním a jeho biologickým protějškem. Abstract:
The thesis deals with biological and artificial neural networks. First I deal with anatomical structures of the visual path including its pathologies. Further I describe the properties of biological neuron and compare them with behavior of their mathematical model, the artificial neuron. Finally, a two-layered forward neural network is used as a model of the visual path and possibilities of its application …more
