This diploma thesis addresses the issue of liability for misdemeanors in relation to juvenile offenders in the Czech legal system to the current legislation as of 31.12.2021. We deal with the types of administrative penalties imposed on juveniles, which include reprimands, fines, disqualifications, forfeitures or substitutes.
