Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá Křišťálovou nocí, která se odehrála v noci z 9. na 10. listopadu 1938. Tento protižidovský pogrom je mnohými považován za začátek veřejného fyzického násilí páchaného vůči židům a oficiální počátek holokaustu. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the Jewish pogrom known by its symbolic name “Kristallnacht” or “Night with the broken glass”, which happened on 9th and 10th of November in 1938 and its perception in the press. The main aim of the thesis is to determine the differences in Czechoslovakian, English, and German newspapers and the way it delivered the incident in press.
