An analysis of injry incidence in powerlifting

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce jsou úrazy vrcholových vzpěračů. Záměrem práce bylo vytvořit popis vzpírání jako sportu, vylíčit jeho historii a sportovní charakter. Dalším záměrem byla charakteristika druhů a příčin vzniku úrazu, dále popis nejčastěji zraněné oblasti lidského těla vlivem vzpírání. V praktické části bakalářské práce byly stanoveny otázky, které byly analyzovány pomocí dotazníkové formy. Výsledek tvořil praktické odpovědi. Pomocí nich se dalo určit, jaká část lidského těla je nejčastěji zraněna, kdy, kde, při jakém cvičení toto zranění vzniklo a jaká byla použita léčba. Tato práce může sloužit jako informativní prostředek pro trenéry i samotné vzpěrače v rámci prevence a snížení rizika úrazu při vzpírání.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis are injuries of top weightlifters. The aim of the work was to create a description of weightlifting as a sport, to describe its history and sporting character. Another intention was to characterize the types and causes of the accident, to describe the most frequently injured areas of the human body due to weightlifting. In the practical part of the thesis, questions were determined that were analyzed using a questionnaire form. The result was a practical answer to help determine which part of the human body was most frequently injured. When, where, during which exercise this injury occurred and what treatment was used. This work can serve as an informative tool for trainers and weightlifters themselves to prevent and reduce injuries in weightlifting.
