Physical activities for pupils of elementary school in Tisa in free time

Abstract:

Autor se ve své bakalářské práci bude zabývat průzkumem pohybových aktivit žáků na Základní škole v Tisé mimo vyučování ve svém volném čase. V teoretické části budou zpracována témata vztahující se ke zvolenému tématu, zejména pojem volný čas, výchova mimo vyučování, pohybové aktivity ve volném čase, pozitivní vliv sportovních aktivit na zdravý vývoj jedince, negativa spojená s absencí pohybových aktivit. Praktickou část tvoří dvě části. Průzkum nabídky sportovních aktivit žáků na ZŠ mimo školní výuku, její využívání a sportovní aktivity žáků mimo školu ve volném čase. Součástí práce bude porovnání pohybových aktivit žáků ve věku 11 15 let s Národní zprávou z roku 2010. Ve výzkumu bude využito metody dotazníků, kdy výzkumný vzorek by měl dosahovat počtu 100 žáků ve věku 7 15 let. Zjištěné skutečnosti budou přehledně zpracovány v tabulkách a grafech. Na závěr budou stanoveny konkrétní závěry a doporučení pro praxi.

Abstract:

The author in his Bachelor's thesis will deal with the exploration of physical activities of students at the elementary school in the Tisa outside the classroom in his spare time. In the theoretical part will be handled by the topics that are related to the selected topic, in particular the concept of leisure time, education outside the classroom, physical activity in leisure time, the positive influence of sports activities on the healthy development of the individual, the downside associated with the absence of physical activities. The practical part consists of two parts. The survey offers sports activities of students at the elementary school outside of the classroom, it´s use and sports activities of students outside the school in his spare time. Part of the work will be a comparison of the physical activities of pupils aged 11-15 years with the national news from 2010. Research methods will be used in the questionnaires, when research should achieve a number of 100 pupils aged 7-15 years. The facts found to be neatly handled in tables and charts. In conclusion, will be laid down specific conclusions and recommendations for practice.
