Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na osobní dopravu, zaměření mého studia. Konkrétně návrh noční dopravy v Plzni provozovanou Plzeňskými dopravními městskými podniky akciové společnosti. Teoretická část práce se zabývá historií Plzeňských městských dopravních podniků, vozového parku městské hromadné dopravy v Plzni. Popisuje provozovatele městské hromadné dopravy, vedení nočních a denní linek. Okrajově se zmiňuje o společnosti ČSAD autobusy Plzeň, která taktéž provozuje noční linky na území města Plzně i blízkém okolí. Mapuje vznik nočních autobusových linek v Plzni – jejich proměnu v čase. Popisuje rozjezd všech linek z jednoho místa. V praktické části této bakalářské práce se autor textu zabývá dotazníkovým šetřením, které je pro tuto část stěžejní. Jednotlivé zodpovězené otázky do detailu rozebírá v grafech a v návrhu možného řešení. Díky dotazníkovému šetření mohl autor zmapovat současnou situaci a určit silné a slabé stránky noční dopravy. Výhody a nevýhody noční dopravy jsou rozebrány ve SWOT analýze detailněji. Dále si v práci autor všímá možností využití noční dopravy, zmiňuje i hrozby nočního provozu MHD v Plzni.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on public transport. Specifically, it is a proposal for night transport in Pilsen, which is operated by Pilsen City Transport Company. The theoretical part deals with the history of Pilsen City Transport Company and its fleet. It describes public transport operators, day and night lines. It marginally mentions the company ČSAD autobusy Plzeň, which also operates night lines in the city of Pilsen and its surrounding districts. This works also maps the origin of night bus lines in Pilsen and their transformation over time. In addition, it describes the mass departure of all lines from a central traffic hub. In the practical part of this bachelor's thesis, the author of the text deals with a questionnaire survey, which is crucial for this work. In a questionnaire survey, the author maps the current situation and identifies the strengths and weaknesses of night public transport. Answers to each question are analyzed in detail in graphs followed by suggestions of possible solutions. Advantages and disadvantages of night transport are discussed in more detail in the SWOT analysis. Furthermore, the author pays attention to the prospect of using night transport, as well as mentions the threats of night public transport in Pilsen.
