Abstract:
Anotace práce Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří částí: První - teoretická část se zaměřuje na výnosovou metodu a rozbor realitního trhu a nemovitostí za účelem investování; Druhá - praktická, část obsahuje tržní ocenění bytového domu na Praze 4 a tržní ocenění rodinného domu na Praze 8; Ve třetí - závěrečné části jsem zpracoval analýzu trhu nemovitostí v městské části Praha 8.
