Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na komunikaci s klienty, kteří mají komunikační obtíže. Skládá se ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je rozdělená na tři části. První část se zabývá obecnou definicí komunikace, druhy a prostředky komunikace, prvky sociální komunikace, cíl komunikace. Druhá část je o komunikaci v ošetřovatelství, kdo komunikuje, rozhovor sestry s pacientem a kategorizace osob komunikačního procesu v ošetřovatelství (ošetřovatelský tým, rodina pacienta). Třetí část popisuje komunikaci se specifickými skupinami pacientů se zdravotním postižením, včetně doporučení. Praktická část popisuje zařízení SAGAPO Bruntál a konkrétní práci s klienty metodou pozorování. Výsledek je seznámení se s konkrétními způsoby komunikace klientů a pracovníků a jejich srovnání. Výstupem mé bakalářské práce bude poster s názvem ?Nebojte se s námi komunikovat?, jehož obsahem bude doporučení komunikace s pacienty s komunikačními obtížemi.

Abstract:

The thesis is aimed at communication with patients and clients with communication difficulties. It consists of two parts; the theoretical and the practical one. The theoretical basis of this thesis is divided into three parts. The first one is aimed at general definition of communication, types, means, social communication, object of communication. The second part describes communication in nursing practice. Who communicates in nursing care, conversation of a nurse with a patient, categorization of people in communication process in nursing practice (nursing team, patient?s family). The third part describes communication with specific groups of patients with disability including recommendation. The practical part describes the SAGAPO Bruntal institution and specific work with clients using the method of observation. The outcome is familiarization with particular methods of clients? and workers? communication and their comparison. The poster titled "Don't be afraid to communicate with us" will be the output of my bachelor thesis where a content will be the recommendation of communication with patient suffered from communication problems.
