Celá moja práca hovorí o závislej pracovnej činnosti, za ktorú podľa Zákonníka práce prislúcha plat či mzda. V práci som sa snažila vystihnúť základné rozdiely, ktoré sa prejavujú pri odmeňovaní v rozpočtovej sfére a v podnikateľskej sfére.Prvá časť práce sa zaoberá medzinárodnými aspektmi odmeňovania, ktorých základom sú medzinárodné zmluvy.
