Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce bylo zhodnocení taxonů rodu Salvia L., pěstovaných na pozemku ZF MENDELU v Lednici, z hlediska látek antioxidační povahy, v roce 2017.Celkem bylo hodnoceno 45 taxonů Salvia L., byl sledován květní vývoj, ve fázi květu kdy byly rostliny vykvetlé z poloviny a ve fázi kdy byly rostliny vykvetlé zcela byl uskutečněn sběr natě na laboratorní stanovení TAC, TPC a TFC.Součást diplomové …more
Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis was introduction taxa of genus Salvia L., cultivated on the grounds of ZF MENDELU in Lednice, from the perspective of their antioxidant compounds, evaluated during year 2017.Forthy-five taxa of Salvia L. were observed during the bloom period, the plants were harvested in the moment when the half of the plant was in bloom and then when the full plant was in bloom, for …more
