Interventional performances under CT control (focused on collection drainage)

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá intervenčními výkony pod CT kontrolou. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na anatomii dutiny břišní, historii a princip CT, intervence a jejich rozdělení, definici drenáže tekutinových kolekcí, používané instrumentárium, přípravu pacienta, průběh výkonu a úlohu radiologického asistenta. V praktické části jsem analyzovala data pacientů, kteří podstoupili výkon. Zhodnotila jsem komplikace, které nastávají po provedení výkonu, zjistila, které nemoci zastupují tekutinové kolekce. Na závěr uvádím počet výkonů.

Abstract:

This bachelor`s thesis is devoted to the CT guided interventions. The whole work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the anatomy of the abdomen area, history and principle of the CT, interventions and their forking, definition of the drainage collections, description of used instruments, preparation of the patient for this procedure, course of the drainage and assignments of the radiology assistant. In the practical part of this thesis I made an analysis of the patients who had undergone the procedure. I evaluated the complications after the procedure, and I detected diseases with the collections. Lastly, I introduce the quantify of the procedures.
