The Business Plan as the Part of Loan Application

Abstract:

V případě vzniku nové firmy, kdy na počátku stojí jen sám podnikatel se svým nápadem a z pravidla s nedostatkem vlastních finančních prostředků, je sestavení kvalitního podnikatelského záměru základním předpokladem k uskutečnění podnikatelské vize. Cílem této diplomové práce je popsat a objasnit problematiku spojenou s přípravou podnikatelského záměru, který úzce souvisí s následným provedením podnikatelské vize, analyzovat investici firmy a posoudit životaschopnost tohoto podnikatelského záměru. Teoretická část seznamuje s jednotlivými částmi tohoto projektu z teoretické roviny. V praktické části je proveden popis podnikatelského záměru konkrétního projektu s využitím strategické analýzy mikrookolí, makrookolí a situační analýzy SWOT, na základě které definujeme cíle podniku a zvolíme vhodné strategie pro jejich dosažení. Dále byl zpracován marketingový mix, personální a finanční plán projektu, určení rizik projektu a získávání finančních prostředků ve formě úvěrování.

Abstract:

In the case of foundation of a new company where is only the enterpriser with his idea on the beginning and he generally has not enough own finances is the creation of a well done business plan the basic presumption to realization the business vision. The aim of following text is to describe and explain issues related to a business plan, which is closely connected with implementation of a business vision, plan to analyze investment and to pass judgment on life-ability of the business issue. Theoretical part of my graduation thesis familiarizes us with individual parts of this project from theoretical view. The practical part includes the description of my business plan based on strategic analysis of micro environment and macro environment, SWOT analysis on the basis in which we define company objectives and we select a right strategy for their achieving. Furthermore the marketing mix was processed by the personal financial plan of the project itself, risk assessment and on acquiring financial assets through lending.
