Abstract:
Cílem je podat svědectví o politickém procesu, který sama komunistická justice označila jako proces s Gustavem Ženíškem a spol. V tomto procesu odsoudil Krajský soud v Ústí nad Labem na jaře 1955 celkem sedm lidí k trestům odnětí svobody, z nichž nejvyšší rozsudek poslal Gustava Ženíška na 14 let do vězení. Abstract:
The objective of the thesis is to document a political lawsuit which the communist judiciary labelled as Case of Gustav Ženíšek and Co. In spring 1955, in this lawsuit the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem sentenced in total seven persons to imprisonment; among them, Gustav Ženíšek got the highest sentence of 14 years of imprisonment.
