Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je za pomocí vhodných nástrojů řízení jakosti analyzovat jakost konkrétního produktu v podniku XY, s.r.o. a navrhnout opatření vedoucí k redukci zmetkovitosti tohoto produktu. V teoretické části jsou obecně popsány metody a nástroje řízení jakosti. V navazující aplikační části je představen produkt, na kterém jsou prakticky aplikovány čtyři nástroje řízení jakosti. The goal of this bachelor thesis is using appropriate quality management tools to analyze quality of concrete product of company XY, s.r.o. and suggest counter measures to reduce scrap rate of this product.
