Táto bakalárska práca sa v prvej časti zaoberá teoretickým popisom elektroanalytickej metódy amperometrie, základnými charakteristikami kyseliny askorbovej a vzťahmi popisujúcimi štatistické vyhodnotenie nameraných signálov a lineárnej regresie.
