Bakalárska práca je zameraná na návrh a implementáciu virtuálnej LAN siete v podnikoch. V prvej časti je rozobratá tematika LAN sietí, história, princíp činnosti a základná topológia. Predmetom ďalšej časti práce je priblíženie a objasnenie výhod, identifikácia a konfigurácia VLAN sietí. V tejto časti je aj teoretický návrh siete.
