Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá historickou studií grafické knižní tvorby v první třetině 20. století na území Ukrajiny a je zaměřena na analýzu forem použité typografie. Dále navazuje praktickým zpracováním a interpretací historických vzorů do současné podoby písma. Cílem je vytvořit písmovou rodinu a publikaci jako finální prezentaci díla.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on a historical study of graphic book production in the first third of the 20th century on the territory of Ukraine and is oriented towards the analysis of the forms of typography used. It is followed by the practical processing and interpretation of historical patterns into contemporary forms of typeface.
