Dále autorka práce popisuje jazzovou hudební scénu v Německu v období Výmarské republiky, jejíž podoba byla určující pro skladby Erwina Schulhoffa inspirované jazzem. Diploma thesis, Erwin Schulhoff (1894 – 1942). The interpretation analysis of a cycle Cinq études de jazz (1926) describes the personality of the Czech composer Erwin Schulhoff. Firstly, it records his life chronologically. The author of the thesis then describes a jazz musical scene in Germany during the Weimar Republic that provided the inspiration for Erwin Schulhoff’s compositions. The main body …more
