Radio technology in between 1920 - 1950 and outline development of the company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem radiotechniky od 20. do 50. let 20. století a nástinem vývoje firmy Markofon od roku 1935 do roku 1949. Práce se zaměřuje na popis součástek, které tvoří radiopřijímač a na historické okolnosti působnosti firmy Markofon se sídlem v Brně. Jednotlivé kapitoly se zaměřují na jednotlivé součástky radiopřijímače, historii firmy Markofon, jednotlivé typy přijímačů této firmy a na statistiku výroby ostatního zboží. Podrobně jsou v práci vysvětleny a popsány typy a funkce elektronové lampy. Důraz je též kladen na technické provedení radiopřijímačů, konkrétně přijímače s přímým zesílením, superheterodynu a synchrodynu. Rovněž je zde uvedena dobová stavebnice krystalového přijímače a jeho princip. Tato práce obsahuje ucelený soupis výrobků firmy Markofon, který doposud není nikde zveřejněn. Součástí práce je i příloha, která obsahuje fotografie jednotlivých typů radiopřijímačů od firmy Markofon.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with the development of radio technology from 20 to 50 years of the 20th century and the outline development firm Markofon from 1935 to 1949. The work focuses on the description of components that make up the radio and on historical circumstances of Markofon´s activity based in Brno. Individual chapters focus on individual components of the radio-receiver, the history of the firm Markofon, different types of receivers of this firm and on the statistics of the production of other goods. In detail are in the thesis explained and described types and functions of electron tubes. The emphasis is also putted on the technical implementation of radio-receivers, especially of radio-receivers with direct intensification, superheterodyne and synchrodyne. In the thesis is also given the historical modular of the crystal receiver and its principle. This thesis contains of the comprehensive list of products of the firm Markofon, which has so far not published anywhere. The part of the thesis is also supplement, which contains of photos of individual types of radio-receivers from the firm Markofon.
