Abstract:
Diplomová práce byla zaměřená na vyhodnocení rozdílů mezi dvěma hybridy čiroku (jeden s BMR mutací). V teoretické části byla popsána vláknina, její jednotlivé složky a funkce ve výživě skotu. Pozornost byla věnována také stravitelnosti neutrálně detergentní vlákniny. Abstract:
The thesis investigated differences between two sorghum hybrids (one of which was BMR mutant). The theoretical background included chapters about fibre, fibre compounds and the role of fibre in cow nutrition. Another part was also about digestibility of neutral detergent fibre.
