The process of coordinated rehabilitation in paranoid schizophrenia

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce mapuje život pacientů s diagnózou paranoidní schizofrenie od procesu hospitalizace, následné či ambulantní péče až po resocializaci a zjišťuje jejich informovanost o možnostech podpory při začleňování zpět do běžného života včetně pracovního procesu. V teoretické části se definuje samotný pojem schizofrenie a role koordinované rehabilitace. Výzkumnou část tvoří kvalitativní výzkum s pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a jejím cílem je najít vhodný informační zdroj pro pacienty a zjistit jakou funkci plní sociální pracovník v rámci resocializace.

Abstract:

This thesis maps the life of patients with a diagnosis of paranoid schizophrenia from the process of hospitalization, follow-up or outpatient care to resocialization and finds out their awareness of the possibilities of support for reintegration back into normal life, including the work process. The theoretical part defines the very concept of schizophrenia and the role of coordinated rehabilitation. The research part consists of qualitative research with the help of semi-structured interviews and aims to find a suitable source of information for patients and to find out what function the social worker fulfils in the context of resocialisation.
