The aim of this thesis is to introduce an actual discourse of increasing of energy efficiency in the Czech republic. Research is based on constructivism. The Government of Czech republic, private companies and NGOs are researched actors. Research method is frame analysis approach created by Robert M. Entman. Analysis shows frames which actors create.
