Testing of motor skills in women's football
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje poznatky o testech pohybových dovedností v ženském fotbalu a jejich vlivu na kvalitu výkonu. Zabývá se důležitostí testování pohybových dovedností a charakterizuje různé metody testování. Aplikací jednoho z vysvětlených testů na vybraný soubor hráček, je v práci zkoumána jeho proveditelnost v běžných podmínkách ženských fotbalových týmů.
Abstract:
The thesis summarizes the knowledge about motor skills tests in women's football and their influence on the quality of performance. It deals with the importance of testing motor skills and describes various methods of testing. By application one of the tests on the players selected file, the work examined its practicability under normal conditions of women's football teams.
