Force of Legal Rule in Time
Abstract:
The thesis deals with questions about force of legal rule in time. The thesis only deals with force of legal rule in time in normative acts. The main focus is aimed on secondary normative acts of European union. The thesis deals with terms such as legal force, legal efficiency, legal retroactivity, derogation, protection of acquired rights and legal certainity.
Abstract:
Táto práca sa zaoberá časovou pôsobnosťou právnych noriem so špecifickým zameraním na sekundárne právne predpisy Európskej únie. Rozoberá základné právne inštitúty súvisiace s časovou pôsobnosťou. Práca zohľadňuje Lisabonskú zmluvu ako úvahy de lege ferenda.
