Předložená diplomová práce se zaměřuje na komplexní zkoumání využití bioreaktorů v oblasti tkáňového inženýrství, s důrazem na dva klíčové aspekty: 1) scaffold jako základní stavební jednotku pro podporu buněčného růstu a 2) různé typy bioreaktorů, které ovlivňují prostředí pro buněčnou kultivaci. This master's thesis focuses on a comprehensive exploration of bioreactor utilization in the field of tissue engineering, with an emphasis on two key aspects: 1) the scaffold as the fundamental building unit for supporting cell growth and 2) various types of bioreactors that influence the environment for cell cultivation.
