Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení procesu řízení pohledávek ve společnosti provozující hotel a ubytovací zařízení v Brně, zjištění odchylek od optimálního stavu a navržení možnosti eliminace těchto odchylek, zejména zvýšením podílu pohledávek uhrazených řádně a včas.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the receivables management in the company operating the hotel and accommodation facilities in Brno, deviations from optimal stage and eliminating negative cases, in particular by increasing the share of receivables paid properly and on time.
