Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá ochrannými známkami, licenční smlouvou a označením původu. S ohledem na členství České Republiky v Evropském Společenství a mezinárodních organizacích je rozebrána úprava nejen na národní, ale i na komunitární a mezinárodní úrovni. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with trade marks, licence agreement and marks of origin. Considering Czech Republic‘s membership in the European Community and many international organisations, legal regulation of community and international trade marks is discussed as well. Besides national trade marks of origin, they are the possibilities to protect products on the market today.
