Investment Strategy of a Retail Client
Abstract:
Hlavním obsahem této diplomové práce bylo zanalyzovat finanční situaci klienta a tok jeho peněžních prostředků tak, aby bylo možno na základě zjištěných faktů vytvořit vhodnou investiční strategii a na jejím základě navrhnout realizaci koupě nemovitosti. Ve stručnosti se také zaměřuje na popis práce finančního poradce, dále pak rozebírá postupy a metody práce s klientem.
Abstract:
The main focus of this Thesis is to analyse the financial situation of a client and the flow of his or her money, and, on the basis of the collected facts, to propose a suitable investment strategy and consequently the purchase of an apartment. The Thesis is also briefly aimed at a financial consultant job description, relevant procedures and methods of work with a client.
