Abstract:

Štarhová, E. Age management ve vybrané firmě. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2021. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na implementaci adekvátních opatření v souladu s Age managementem do vybrané firmy QI Group a. s. Cílem práce je identifikovat dosavadní postupy řízení manažerů ve firmě a na jejich základě na-vrhnout vhodné strategie Age managementu. Práce je rozdělena do několika částí. Úvodní část popisuje osobní zainteresovanost z tématu a cíl práce. Část Literární rešerše obsahuje současnou situaci ve společnosti v souvislosti se stárnutím popu-lace, základní pojmy Age managementu a specifikaci výzkumných otázek. Metodická část se zaměřuje na popis výzkumných metod, pomocí nichž byl realizován výzkum v této práci (sběr, zpracování, prezentování dat). Praktické zpracování informací dosažených pomocí výzkumných metod je obsaženo v Empirické části. Součástí je i návrh vhodných opatření pro společnost QI Group a. s. v souladu s Age managementem a jejich kalkulace. Shrnutí dosažených poznatků je obsaženo v diskuzní a závěrečné části práce.

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the implementation of adequate measures in accordance with age management in a QI Group JSC. The work is divided into several parts. The introductory part describes the personal interest in the topic and the aim of the work. The Literary Research section contains the current situation in society in connection with the aging of the population, the basic concepts of age management and the specification of research questions. The methodological part focuses on the description of research methods by which the research in this work was carried out (data collection, processing, presentation). The practical processing of information obtained using research methods is contained in the Empirical part. It also includes a proposal for suitable measures for selected company. It is also included a proposal for appropriate measures for QI Group JSC in accordance with Age Management and their calculations in this part. A summary of the findings is included in the discussion and final part of the work.
