Alternative methods of reducing of biological contamination in water
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na metody, pomocí kterých je možné odstranit biologické kontaminace z vody. Testovanými metodami byla fotokatalýza, fotolýza, použití chlornanů a peroxidu vodíku. Testovanými organismy byly Parachlorella kessleri, Saccharomyces cerevisiae a Escherichia coli. Na základě experimentů byly vyhodnoceny účinky jednotlivých metod.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis is focused on methods, by which is possible to remove biological contaminations from the water. The tested methods were photocatalysis, photolysis, the using of hypochlorites and hydrogen peroxide. The tested organisms were Parachlorella kessleri, Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Escherichia coli. On the basis this experiments were determinated the effects of individual methods.
