Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje průzkumu mínění respondentů o existenci české normy pro dávání spropitného v restauracích a její konkrétní výši. This bachelor thesis focuses on research of respondents‘ opinion about the existence a tipping norm in Czech Republic and its specific amount. In this thesis the data used are acquired through questionnaires from random pedestrians in the streets of Brno and a survey distributed on the internet.
