Financing the recovery plan of ZOO Ústí nad Labem

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá obnovou a jejím financováním příspěvkové organizace Zoologické zahrady Ústí nad Labem. Porovnává současný stav Zoologické zahrady se stavem před zahájením obnovy a hodnotí vývoj postavení v cestovním ruchu města a Ústeckého kraje a snaží se najít pozitivní dopady této obnovy pro město Ústí nad Labem ale i jeho cestovní ruch. K vyhodnocení byly použity data o návštěvnosti a informace z veřejně přístupných dokumentů a z rozhovoru se zástupci města Ústí nad Labem. Závěr práce prezentuje pozitivní dopady na rozvoj cestovního ruchu ve městě, zkvalitnění života a nabídky trávení volného času v Ústí nad Labem a popisuje vztah Zoologické zahrady a města Ústí nad Labem, jakožto spolupracujících subjektů na plnění společných cílů.

Abstract:

This work deals with the restoration and its financing of contributory organization of the Ústí nad Labem Zoological Garden. It compares the current state of the zoo with the state before the start of the restoration and assesses the development of the position in tourism of the city and the Ústí Region and tries to find positive impact of this resroration for the city of Ústí nad Labem as well as its tourism industry. Data on attendance and information from publicy accessible documents and from an interview with representatives of the city of Ústí nad Labem were used for the evaluation. The conclusion of the work presents the positive effect on the development of tourism in the city, the improvement of life nad the offer of leisure time in Ústí nad Labem nad describes the relationship between the Zoo and the city of Ústí nad Labem, as collaborative entities in the pursuit of common objectives.
