n the first chapter I briefly explain the most important facts from field of Biology and Informatics. This includes phosphorylation, circadian clock and rule-based modeling. In the second chapter I translate protein reactions from models Her- tel et al. 2013 and Miyoshi et al. 2007 to the formal rule-based language BNGL (BioNetGen Language). V prvej kapitole svojej práce v skratke vysvetľujem dôležité pojmy, s ktorými ďalej pracujem. Medzi ne patria biologické procesy, ako fos- forylácia a cirkadiálny rytmus, ale tiež niektoré informatické a modelo- vacie prístupy, ako modelovanie založené na pravidlách.
