The law aspects of remote digital data storage
Abstract:
Cílem práce bylo poskytnout přehled největších poskytovatelů Cloud computingových služeb s odkazem na jejich obchodní podmínky. Zde se autorka zaměřila hlavně na ochranu dat, ochranu duševního vlastnictví a ochranu osobních údajů. V přehledu nechybí ani posouzení rozhodného práva případných sporů. Práce si klade za cíl upozornit na problematiku z pohledu ochrany běžného uživatele.
Abstract:
The aim of this work was to provide an overview of the largest providers of Cloud computing services with reference to their business terms. Here the author focused mainly on data protection, intellectual property protection and personal data protection. The review also includes an assessment of the applicable law of potential disputes.
