The aim of the diploma work on Optimal control of dynamical systems is to define control systems and terms close connected to this problem. Then this theory is applied to the chosen dynamical system. This dynamical system is the system of Euler's dynamic equations describing rotations of the rigid body. The dynamic of this system is controlled by added controls. Cieľom diplomovej práce na tému Optimálna regulácia dynamických systémov je definovať riadiace sytémy a pojmy úzko späté s touto problematikou. Následne je táto teória aplikovaná na vybraný dynamický systém. Týmto dynamickým systémom je sústava Eulerových dynamických rovníc popisujúcich rotácie tuhého telesa, na ktorý sú aplikované kontroly, pomocou ktorých riadim rotácie tuhého telesa.
