Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje psychologické přípravě zápasníků kickboxu, thajského boxu a MMA. Teoretická část práce se zabývá systematickým popisem faktorů ovlivňujících výkon zápasníků a detailnějším rozborem psychologických metod, které slouží k eliminaci stresogenních faktorů a stabilizaci výkonu. The bachelor's thesis deals with the psychological training of Kickboxing, Thai boxing and MMA wrestlers. The theoretical part deals with a systematic description of the factors affecting the performance of wrestlers and a more detailed analysis of psychological procedures that serve to eliminate stress factors and stabilize performance.
