Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá detailním posouzením strategického postavení Třineckých železáren jak v českém, tak světovém měřítku hutnictví. Hlavním cílem této práce je zhodnotit pomocí komplexní strategické analýzy aktuální stav společnosti a navrhnout optimální manažerská doporučení pro top management. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a praktickou část. V první části autor uvádí literární rešerši na kterou dále navazuje v části praktické. Na závěr autor uvádí syntézu poznatků v podobě SWOT analýzy a v neposlední řadě také manažerská doporučení

Abstract:

This thesis deals with a detailed assessment of the strategic position of Třinecké železárny a.s. in both the Czech and global metallurgical industry. The main objective of this thesis is to evaluate the current state of the company by means of a comprehensive strategic analysis and to propose optimal managerial recommendations for top management. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. In the first part, the author presents a literature search which is followed in the practical part. Finally, the author presents a synthesis of the findings in the form of a SWOT analysis and, last but not least, managerial recommendations.
