Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou ledního hokeje, možným vznikem svalových dysbalancí, testováním svalů s tendencí ke zkrácení a ochabnutí a návrhem kompenzačních cvičení na balančních pomůckách.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the characteristics of ice hockey, the possible of muscle imbalance, muscle testing with a tendency to shortening and weakening and proposal corrective exercises on balance aids.
