Predmetom diplomovej práce je human resource accounting. Práca sa skladá z troch častí. V prvej sa venujem definovaniu a historickému vývoju human resource accounting, jeho prínosom a limitom.. V druhej časti bližšie popíšem jednotlivé modely k vyčísleniu hodnoty ľudských zdrojov v podniku.
