The Liability of an Emplyee for Damage Caused to the Employer
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce nese název: "Odpovědnost zaměstnance za škodu způsobenou zaměstnavateli". V úvodní části by měl být vymezen pojem pracovněprávní vztah včetně předcházení škod. Následně se budeme zabývat obecnou úpravou za škodu dle občanského zákoníku. Poté budeme rozebírat jednotlivé případy pracovněprávní odpovědnosti a zmíníme se i o náhradě škody. Neopomeneme ani pojištění odpovědnosti.
Abstract:
The name of the thesis is: "The responsibility of the employee for damage caused to the employer". The labour-law relations should define in the opening part, including the prevention of damage. Subsequently, we discuss the general adaptation of damage regarding the Civil Code. Then we discuss individual cases labour-law responsibilities and we also mention the damages.
