Abstract:
Thesis compares Nazism and Communism with focus on law system of both regimes. The objective is to give the answer on the question asked in the title of this thesis - Are these regimes different or the same?
Abstract:
Diplomová práca sa venuje porovnaniu nacizmu a komunizmu, so zameraním na právny systém týchto režimov. Cieľom je poskytnúť odpoveď na otázku uvedenú v názve práce - Sú tieto dva režimy rozdielne alebo totožné?
