Bakalářská práce se zabývá vymezení povinností právnických osob, podnikajících fyzických osob a fyzických osob podle zákon č. 133/1985 Sb., o požární ochraně. Povinnosti právnických osob a podnikajících fyzických osob jsou roztříděny podle míry požárního nebezpečí provozovaných činností. The bachelor thesis deals with the definitiv of the duties of legal entities, business natural persons and natural persons under the fire prevention law No. 133/1985. The duties of legal entities, business natural persons are assorted according to level of fire danger of the activity.
