Cílem práce je vyvinout software pro integraci genomických dat získaných sekvenováním nové generace. Vzniklý systém TaskRunner vystavuje API pomocí kterého lze zadávat nové úlohy a číst informace o dokončených sekvenacích a dostupných pipeline. Abstract:
The goal of the thesis is to develop software for the integration of genomic data produced by next-generation sequencing. The resulting system TaskRunner provides an API for entering new tasks and reading information about the finished sequencing runs and the available pipelines.
