Abstract:
Práce je věnována problematice biofilmů v průmyslové a medicínské praxi. Zabývá se charakterizací biofilmů a podmínkami pro jejich tvorbu. Stručně vystihuje metody detekce a vybrané chemické i fyzikální metody odstranění z povrchu materiálu.
Abstract:
This work deals with problems of biofilms in industrial and medical practise. It concerns with biofilms characterization and coditions of their production. It describes shortly detection methods and selected chemical and physical methods of removing biofilms from the contant surfaces.
