Collection and evaluation of truck operating data for the design of a hybrid drive

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá procesem sběru a vyhodnocení dat při experimentálním měření za účelem získání vstupních dat pro správný návrh hybridního převodového ústrojí nákladního vozidla. Teoretická část je zaměřena na problematiku předcházení poruch vozidel ve fázi jejich užívání a principům správného návrhu experimentu. V této souvislosti jsou uvedeny metody jako DFMEA, FTA nebo DoE. V úvodu praktické části práce se autor zaměřuje na sestavení metodiky měření provozních parametrů vozidla za využití principů DoE. Následující část práce popisuje zdrojový kód vytvořené aplikace v grafickém vývojovém prostředí LabVIEW. Kód je rozdělen na dvě hlavní části, kterými jsou aplikace pro použitý jednodeskový počítač sbRIO a obslužná aplikace pro PC s operačním systémem Windows. Závěrem praktické části je společně ověřena metodika měření a vytvořená aplikace pro sběr provozních parametrů nákladního vozidla. Provedené měření je současně prvním z řady experimentálních měření pro získání důležitých dat vstupujících do konstrukčních výpočtů.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the process of data collection and evaluation in experimental measurements in order, to obtain input data for the correct design of a hybrid transmission system of a truck. The theoretical part is focused on the prevention of vehicle failures in the phase of their use and the principles of proper experiment design. In this context, methods such as DFMEA, FTA or DoE are described. In the introduction to the practical part of the thesis, the author focuses on compiling a methodology for measuring the operating parameters of the vehicle using the principles of DoE. The following part describes the source code of the created application in the graphical development environment LabVIEW. The code is divided into two main parts, which are the application for the used single-board computer sbRIO and the service application for the PC with the Windows operating system. At the end of the practical part, the measurement methodology and the created application for collecting the operating parameters of the truck are jointly verified. The performed measurement is also the first of a series of experimental measurements to obtain important data entering the design calculations.
