Situational analysis of the chosen company

Abstract:

Téma této bakalářské práce je Situační analýza vybraného podniku. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analyzovat a vyhodnocovat vlivy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí firmy pomocí metod, které vyhodnocují dané strategie a to včetně návrhu na opatření. Pro vypracování mé bakalářské práce byla vybrána firma SWIETELSKY stavební, s.r.o. V aplikační části je hodnocení pro vnitřní pozici podniku, kde je zvolena tato metoda: Analýza zdrojů, která hodnotí vnitřní prostředí firmy. Pro zhodnocení vnějšího prostředí jsou určeny analýzy Porterův model pěti sil a PEST analýza, strategická mapa a analýza atraktivity odvětví. SWOT analýza, která shrnuje výsledky vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí. V závěru práce byla navržena opatření a doporučení, která by směřovala podnik ke zlepšení postavení na trhu.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is a situational analysis of the selected company. The aim of my thesis is to analyze and evaluate the effects of external and internal environment of the company using methods that evaluate the strategies and suggestions for action. For the development of my thesis was chosen SWIETELSKY construction company, Ltd. In the application of the evaluation of the internal position of the enterprise, where this is the preferred method: Analysis of Resources, which assesses the internal environment of the company. To evaluate the external environment analysis are Porter's five forces and PEST analysis, strategic map and analysis of the attractiveness of the sector. SWOT analysis, summarizing the results of internal and external environment. The conclusion was proposed measures and recommendations that would lead the enterprise to improve its market position.
