Tato diplomová práce pojednává o participačních právech dítěte, která jsou řešena v judikatuře Ústavního soudu. Hlavním cílem je zodpovězení výzkumných otázek, jež se ptají, zda je možné v judikatuře Ústavního soudu nalézt věkové hranice u jednotlivých participačních práv v řízeních o péči, styku, výživném, vzdělání, popírání a určování otcovství a dalších.
