Diplomová práce se zabývá listinnou spisovou službou úřadu města Uherské Hradiště v letech 1945–2004 (2020), kdy byla ovlivněna dvěma rozdílnými politickými obdobími. Cílem práce je obecně seznámit se spisovou službu, a to na příkladu obce se středně velkým rozsahem působnosti – zpracovat tak její analýzu, respektive zpřístupnit její vývoj, historii. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the paper records management of the town of Uherské Hradiště between the years 1945–2004 (2020) when it was influenced by two different political regimes. The aim of the thesis was to introduce the management of documents in general which was displayed on an average large municipality, and further to elaborate an analysis and make available it’s evolution and history. …more
